We have now been residents of Calypso Bay Estate for two years and would like you to know we really love living here.
We never thought in a million years that we could be part of a community like this. We have made some great friends and wouldn’t wish to be anywhere else, its a totally different way of living to the suburbs people have time to talk to you and even though we are only 10 minutes to the freeway when your here it’s like another world away.
At the beginning we never knew this estate and Land with boat access existed. We had bought a bigger boat and had it moored at Gold Coast City Marina, the only thing that bothered us about being there it was so far to get out on the broad water. We met some lovely people there that told us about this land out here for sale, not even thinking at the time that we would even look at let alone buy a block. We had visitors from New Zealand and decided to come this way for a look, show them around the coast.

Still not thinking that we could afford to live here we went to the sales office and looked, never spoke of it again for a couple of months but went back for another look and that day signed up on the spur of the moment as the block we liked had come back on the market, the rest is history put our home, which we loved at the time on the market sold it in six weeks and it was all go from there.
We designed and built this Calypso Bay Estate home in 18 months, the design panel were very helpful when we had a couple of problems and had no trouble passing there final inspection, and since finishing it and moving in we have got to just love it here. We are right on the water with beautiful views to the local pub Harrigan’s and the Marina; you couldn’t wish to be in better place.
